In Genesis 8, Noah sends a dove out of the ark 40 days after the flood to search for solid ground and a dissipation of the waters. The dove returns with an olive branch and hope for the future. Our hope today is to bring the same peace of mind and direction for the future during our client’s darkest days. When the seas surround you and all feels like chaos, we want to come alongside you and give you a path to move forward and to do so together.
The dove is also symbolic of the Holy Spirit, shown in Matthew 3, as one settled on Jesus after his baptism when the Lord proclaimed, “This is my son, with whom I am well pleased.” The Greek word for Holy Spirit is parakletos, or paraclete, meaning “advocate”, “counsellor” or “helper” and literally means “to come alongside”. Paraclete was also the term given to family lawyers in Greek culture. Our hope is to call upon the Holy Spirit to be equipped to advocate, counsel and help you in your time of need.
Not only do we bring peace, but we also brawl when necessary. We are not afraid to defend and protect when required. This is symbolized by the shield surrounding the dove. We do not stand down to injustice or bullies, we fight for you and what is right, and we see that your case is well taken care of to the best of our ability.
